Message My grandmother lives in a 13 story building. There r 5 slots to park in front of the building as so u can stay there for a maximum time of 15 min. I waited with my grandma in the car for about 10 (we were just chatting) and the whole time i was sitting there with her no car has moved from the 15 min spots...... In front of those spots there is a long stretch of curb that ur not allowed to park there cause of fire safety as if there were hydrents there (but there arent). So i parked my car there with my hazards on and took my grandmother up to her apartment. I said goodbye and went back down. The whole process took no more than 5 min.... As i walked through the first glass door i see the rear of my car on an incline, my alarm going off, and then it starts to move. I run my ass off and was lucky enough to catch the tow truck that was hauling my car away.
I explain to the guy the situation. He tells me hell lower the car if i pay 108 dollars. I tell him that i go to school and pay for it myself and cant afford to pay that. I told him i waited here for 10 min for one of those temporary spots to open. He didnt even care. I also told him that i needed to help my grandmother up to her apartment cause she needs help walking. That Assh*%ole just laughed at me. I felt like beating the living sh$#t out of him but i figured that wouldnt help any being as how he has my license plate number so I pleaded and begged with this jackass to let my car down but he wouldnt and the only thing that came out of his mouth was pay the 108 dollars or ur cars going to be impounded and this is ur last chance he told me cause he wasnt gonna ask again. As if i had a choice, i pulled out my wallet and gave him the money. He then lowers the car down.
Its one of those newer tow trucks that u dont even need to leave the truck. All the controls r inside. The device that lifts the car up slides under the engine and 2 bars rotate to wrap around the tires and grip them tightly as so to make the car capable of being lifted. As he lowers it and pulls the device away from under my car, the 2 bars grab onto the front spoiler and u can clearly see the lip bending forward and out. This guy totaly bent my front spoiler out of shape. In the process he rips one of the hooks that holds my bra in place. This whole process hapend within like 3 seconds so before i could say stop the towing device cleared the underside of my front.
I told the guy "U just screwed up my front spoiler and riped off the hook that holds the bottom of my bra". He tells me that it wasnt him and it was like that when he first lifted up the car. I told him hes lying and he said so sue me and well see who wins in court. He sais, "U say one thing and i say another... Ur word against mine. Iv been to over 100 court cases and i only lost once".
Now im not gonna sue cause its probably a waste of my time and my front spoiler isnt bad to the point where its not repairable but its the principal. The guy was a lying jackoff. He gave me receipt and without saying a word, he just took off.
I just wanted to speak my mind out and let u guys know how many inconsiderate F&%ck-ups there r in this world that couldnt care less about u or there mothers and will do anything for small change. To him its nothing but to me 108 dollars is alot and can help me out regarding school. This guy probably towes 30 cars a day and makes a large profit. He probably pockets the money so he can buy cucumbers to shouve up his ass.
Well... Thanx for reading this guys. Im sure some of u had it worst than me at points but i just wanted to let u know the downfall of my day. Thanx again for reading this.
